Good Soviet Russian 41 dated Combat Helmet. Complete with its original leather and canvas lining and webbing chin strap. Original green paint finish which is now period over painted dark blue for issue to German Air Defence Crews. Retains 70% of its original Luftschutz decal to front. During the German campaign in Russia a large number of captured Russian helmets fell into the hands of the Germans. These were sent back to Germany for re issue to the Volksturm and Air Defence units. This being such an example. An interesting WWII helmet.
