WWII British Montgomery Connection Medal Group & Paperwork – Item 95010

WWII British corporals medal grouping awarded Cpl Whitneys, who was part of Montgomery’s security grouping. Medals consist of France and Germany Star, 39-45 Star, Defence medal and war medal. All complete with their original ribbons. His original medal bar (uniform removed) plus nice collection of period photographs showing Cpl Whitney with Montgomery  and his staff. Some personal photos including one in Normandy and in his jeep whilst attached to the military police. Interesting letter given to British Forces in Germany about non fraternisation with the Germans. Personal shots of Monty. A nice interesting grouping to one of Monty’s personal aides.
