WWI German War Prisoners Help Poster – Item 114646

Interesting and rare end of WWI poster produced for a meeting held on 28th September to raise funds for wounded German prisoners recovering from WWI. Shows German wounded soldier sitting by barbed wire trench. Good condition for age but quite fragile due to paper construction of the time. Would benefit from framing to preserve. Very few of thee of these posters have survived and a must for any WWI collector as these posters seldom come on to the collecting market.
