WWI French Trench Knife (Personalised by US Serviceman) – Item 118166

Unusual WWI French wooden grip and steel cross guard fighting knife. Double edged blade with  makers mark SGCU to forte. This particular fighting knife has been used at one time by an American serviceman who has engraved the handle “1918 Verdun & France St Michiel”. Complete with correct pattern steel scabbard and belt hook fixing.
