Third Reich RAD Mettlach Stein for Nurnberg 1935 – Item 90994

Third Reich Commemorating service in the RAD half litre regimental beer stein. Good overall condition mettlach stein. Pewter top with RAD spade and oak leaves. Front also decorated with RAD emblem and oak leaf surround. Front marked with motto “Zur Erinnerung An Meine Arbeitsdienstzeit”  (As a reminder of my working hours) and date Nurnberg 1935. Base Deutsche marked. Overall in good sound condition with only one small pin head chip to bottom rim of stein (not noticeable).

Note:  From the Hitler Youth members were sent for compulsory service in the RAD before entering various armed services
