Third Reich Kriegsmarine Issue Wrist Watch with Letter of Provenance – Item 81836

German Kriegsmarine issue wrist watch. KM marked to face of watch and Siegerin maker. Numbered to reverse 126993. Wrist strap now missing. Comes complete with two captured photographs. One showing the German cruiser Nuremberg and one photo showing German captured sailors. Comes complete with letter from original veteran’s son saying how this watch was taken from a German POW amongst other items for Cigarettes at the end of the war. Watch now not working and requires attention. Will be sold with letter and photos.
