Third Reich German Army Generals M43 Cap. Gold piped to crown with machine stitched T shaped bevo wire insignia (period sewn). Two gilt pebble buttons to front. Doe skin wool cap of superior quality. Green silk lining. Leather sweatband. Stamping to crown of cap with manufacturer Clemens Wagner, Braunschweig. Size marked 57. Couple of minor moth tracks to crown pile of cap but generally nice overall. A rare and seldom found cap.
