Third Reich BDM Marching Pennant for Lower Saxony – Item 95325

Scarce black and red marching pennant of the BDM Group for Lower Saxony. One side black with Hitler Youth diamond and white lettering embroidered BDM. Reverse in red and embroidered in which lettering “Ortsgruppe Wollingst” and with winter flower decoration hand embroidered to end. Measures 78 x 45 cm approximately. Wollingst is for the area of Lower Saxony. Pennant is in very good condition for age. Complete with attachment ties. A nice area unit flag.

Note: The League of German Girls or Band of German Maidens was the girls wing of the Nazi Party youth movement, the Hitler Youth. It was the only legal female youth organisation in Nazi Germany.
