Scarce Afrika Korps paint finish German Army issue surgeons field kit. Tin box with sprayed red cross emblem to front and marked in black lettering “Verbandkusten”. Complete with carrying handle. As issued to field medics at the front in North Africa. Comes complete with masks, field dressings and various medical equipment for attending to wound. Retains 98% of its original tropical paint finish. A rare item of German field equipment.
