Confederate States of America Cross of Honor – Item 113702

US Civil War Daughters of the Confederacy Cross of Honor. Bronze construction with bar above marked  P.B Eastham. The medal with Confederate flag to centre and marked in latin to reverse and dates 1861 and 1865. Good condition.

Note: The idea for the Cross of Honor was conceived by Mary Ann Erwin in 1898 and designed by her and Sarah E. Gabbett.
