Interesting single sheet SS Police questionnaire form which had to be filled in by all occupants of various towns across Poland to identify those likely to be a threat and in particular to identify Jews. Each form had to provide name and finger print etc. Any Jews would have document so marked and therefore rendering them for arrest and deportation. A scarce and interesting document worthy of further research.
