Third Reich Reichs Chancellery Banqueting Table Cloth – Item 113088

Large 196 x 162cm  piece of white linen banqueting table cloth. This being one half of this even larger at one time full banqueting cloth. These cloths were used for formal dinner occasions at the Chancellery.  One corner with embroidered Adolf Hitler Party eagle and swastika and AH to either side. Also decorated with band of oak leaves to central section. A lovely quality linen cloth in good overall condition. Probably torn in half when veterans liberated and brought back as a Hitler souvenir. A chance to own a piece of Reich Chancellery tableware.
