WWII British Skeleton Assault Vest – Item 120805

WWII 1944 Dated British Commando Assault Vest. Brown cotton canvas construction with wooden toggles and webbing straps for securing around chest. Two curved ammo pouches to front for carrying Bren Gun mags. Often used in the Normandy invasion in 1944. A nice example of this scarce piece of British combat equipment.
