Third Reich Winter Combat Helmet – Item 95590

Interesting M40 German Army Combat helmet with white snow camouflage over paint. 70% of original white over paint remaining. Has interesting remains of KZ triangle badge to front. I have no idea what this relates to but can only assume it to be definitely original period paint and possibly re-issued at the time for other purposes. Possibly Red Cross etc. No liner or chin strap. Side of shell stamped SF62 and back rim marked 1342. Original army green combat paint below white over paint clearly visible. A scarce and interesting combat helmet.
