Third Reich Stahlhelm members badge for 1924 – Item 106553

Third Reich Stahlhelm members badge for 1924. Complete with pin back fixing and issue number to reverse. Enamel in good condition.

In November 1933 member of the Steel Helmet by then part of the SA were authorised to wear this badge on the left pocket of their uniform. The dates of these badges run from 1919-1932. On 14 November 1935 Dr Frick the Minister o the Interior issued an order prohibiting any further awards of this badge and permitting it only to be worn on civilian clothes.
