Impressive promotion document for a temporary Technical Inspector in Army service to rank of Technical Inspector. Signed to bottom on behalf of the commander in chief of the Army Berlin 25 April 1940. Document is embossed with Fuhrer eagle in wreath. At one time has been framed but now removed from frame. Good condition.
