Third Reich Luftwaffe Promotion Document Grouping – Item 116998

Magnificent grouping of four documents  awarded to Dr Carl Walbrach, who was Commander of Luftwaffe Reserve Light Flak Unit 911. Consisting of his promotion document as a Reserve Captain in Field Luftwaffe Regiment dated 26.9.1939, discharge certificate from duty as a library official in the Ministry of Science, Education and Public Information dated 7.6.1940. Plus his large promotion document in its gold blocked cream folder with eagle and swastika  to centre. Promoting him from Captain to Major and dated 1.7.1940. Ink signature to bottom of Goring which was signed at the Fuhrer HQ. A second promotion document in its gold embossed folder promoting him from Major to Lt Colonel and dated 24.8.1942. This last document has Hitler’s signature and counter signed by Goring at the Fuhrer HQ. A fabulous grouping to a high ranking Luftwaffe Colonel. All documents in good condition.
