Third Reich Last Ditch Volkssturm Arm Band – Item 118098

Last ditch printed cotton Volkssturm arm band. Good condition. As issued to army volunteers for the defence of Berlin from the Russian Advancing Army. Uniform removed example in good condition.

Note:  The Volkssturm was a levée en masse national militia established by Nazi Germany during the last months of World War II. It was set up by the Nazi Party on the orders of Adolf Hitler and established on 25 September 1944.
