Semi humorous letter to Hitler, Goring and wife Emmy Goring from the Burgermeister of Hamburg Carl Vincent Krogmann. Dated Berlin 10.4.1935. Commenting on the proposed State Reforms affecting food/cuisine etc in Hamburg.  Annotation in red crayon from Goring’s staff identifying Krogmann and signifying that Goring and Wife Emmy are aware of it.
