Third Reich Cased Blood Order – Item 120968

Collection filler replica, Museum quality copy, German Blood Order. The Blood Order decoration was instituted in March 1934 and originally given to those who participated in Hitler’s unsuccessful attempt to cease power against the Munich Government in November 1923 and was awarded up to the middle of 1942. This particular example in oxidised silver metal with smoked affect – as are the originals, shows the Feldherrnhalle to front. Comes complete with correct style ribbon and comes with its correct pattern case of issue. Marked to lid in gold lettering 8/9 November 1923. Good condition.  An Ideal collection filler as the originals are seldom encountered and are extremely expensive when found.
