Occupied Jersey Prosecution Papers – Item 115661

Two documents from the German Military Court on Jersey. Both dated 25 September 1944. Relating to the prosecution of a British National for failure to surrender enemy air dropped leaflets. Stating that the senior German state prosecutor for Jersey will forward court papers and sentence of three weeks and three days. Sentence to begin 22.9.1944. Document bears the unit stamp of staff of the 319th Infantry Division based in Guernsey.  Scarce and interesting paperwork.
