Knights Cross Autographed Photograph of Oberleutnant Hans Heiland – Item 115072

Post war autographed photograph of Hans Heiland who was awarded the Knights Cross 9.5.1945. He served with the 25th Infantry Division and then on to the 23 Armoured Division. He was seriously wounded in February 1944. In 1945 as a 2nd Lieutenant he took over as a Company Commander of the 5th Armoured Infantry Regiment. He was taken prisoner in 1945 by French forces.
