Rare US Civil War Honourable Discharge bronze medal presented by the State of West Virginia for service in the American Civil War 1861-65. Marked around rim of medal Fontan H Martin Infantry Volunteer lst Regiment.  Contained in its original cardboard case (one edge of case now missing). Complete with original ribbon and bar. Overall good condition.
