Interesting booklet produced by the Race and Politics office of the NSDAP with the forward written by Dr Gross.

Note:  Interestingly Dr Gross was charged with nine counts of murdering children at a psychiatric hospital in Vienna in 1944. After the war he became Austria’s most celebrated forensic psychiatrist. Was one of the last people to be tried for Nazi War crimes.
