Channel Islands German Court Documents – Item 115627

Interesting and historically important pair of documents from the German military court in Jersey. Dated 21.9.1944. Addressed to the English state prison in St Helier regarding one Harold Harris, a British national who was sentenced to 10 days imprisonment for receiving stolen property. Signed by the Army Justice Inspector. The second document being the official order of sentence from the German military court on Jersey on 16.9.1944. Both documents bear the unit stamp of the 319th Infantry Division based in Jersey. Good condition.
