Third Reich Jersey Occupation Red Cross Letter – Item 115623

Interesting German Red Cross letter sent from Geneva to a family resident in Germany in the German Occupied Channel Islands. Despatched on 17.7.43 and received in Geneva 6.10.43 then received in Jersey in April 1944. Interesting to note that there was a chemical wash used on both sides of the form by the Germans to detect secret messages. Good condition for age. Nice piece of Home Front paperwork. Very few of these letter survived.
