German 1957 Pattern Knights Cross & Ribbon – Item 115382

Unusual nowadays 1957 pattern Knights Cross of the Iron Cross. Excellent three piece construction early example. Complete with much original back finish remaining to cross and frosting to outer rim. Oak leaves to centre and date 1939. Reverse with date of institution 1813. Complete with correct pattern red/white/black ribbon. As worn by members of the German Armed Forces who were entitled and had won the wartime equivalent. Produced exactly the same as the wartime version but minus the swastika.
