Third Reich Handwritten Card to Emmy Goring from Her Father – Item 113991

Interesting small card handwritten and dated 20.12.1938 from Stuttgart addressed to “My Dear Emmy”. Sent from her Father, thanking her for her good wishes on his 83rd Birthday and enclosing a large photo of his Birthday flowers. A nice Goring family memento direct from the Goring family archive.

Note:  Emma Johanna Henny ”Emmy“ Göring was a German actress and the second wife of Commander-in-Chief Herman Goring. She served as Adolf Hitler’s hostess at many state functions and thereby staked a claim to the title of “First Lady of the Third Reich”
