British WWI Trench Decorated Helmet – Item 113212

Excellent untouched lst London Division Army Service Corps British WWI helmet. Complete with its original lining and chin strap. Decorated to front with T lst London Division Army Service Corps and badge painted to front. Then soldier has decorated all around the helmet with the areas he served from 1914-19 in France and lists the various battlegrounds. Then decorated with “Field Hospital May 12th 1918″ and marked “Unfit for further duty September 18th 1918″. A fantastic helmet with veteran’s diary of his service painted around the helmet. Ex my own collection.
