Third Reich German Airship Ash Tray from lst Class Lounge – Item 85450

Alpaka silver German Ash Tray. Probably from the lst Class lounge and marked with German eagle and swastika and globe with airship in flight. Marked LZ 129. Also marked “Olympiofohrt 1.8.1936″. Nicely toned and in good condition.

Note: This ash tray probably produced to commemorate the opening of the Olympic games Berlin when the Hindenburg LZ129 flew over the opening ceremony to advertise the German airship development
