Tsarist Russian Full Dress Ceremonial Tunic of the Corps of Pages to His Majesty the Tsar
Very rare full dress tunic of Corps of Pages to His Majesty the Tsar. Three quarter length tunic in black melton with scarlet facings to collar and cuffs. Cuffs with three gold bullion chevrons each mounted with Imperial Russian gilt button and gilt Russian buttons to front. Tunic in excellent condition for age.
These rare coatees were worn by pages who were personally selected from young nobles who were educated in military skills and commissioned into the Garde regiments. The Corps would also act at ceremonial state occasions as personal bodyguards to the Tsar. Extremely rare and seldom found.

Nice Imperial Russian Pioneer Sidearm circa 1847 with saw back blade. Solid brass cruciform hilt. Cross guard with upturned quillons and ribbed grip. Contained in its brass and leather scabbard. Side arm dated 1847. Good overall condition for age.

A rare silver award in the form of a crowned shield. Reverse has Imperial Eagle and shows silver hallmark 84. Engraved with recipients name in Cyrillic script and dated 1900. Shows some wear. A nice interesting piece.

Imperial Russian Tsar Nicholas 2nd Insignia Badge
Interesting high quality uniform insignia badge. Large gilt monogram of the Tsar to the centre. The backing is of green velvet, this has worn in places. The badge is possibly for diplomatic corps as opposed to a regiment.
