Imperial German Model 1894 Garde du Korps Helmet – Item 103699

Imperial German model 1894 Garde du Korps other ranks helmet. Good untouched tombak shell with nickel silver trim. Lobster tail back with regimental markings G.K.R   2 E. Helmet is fitted with NCO type cockades. Complete with its correct pattern starburst helmet plate with separate Garde eagle to centre. Shortened scale chin strap. Complete with its original parade eagle which now has some minor solder repairs to eagle from period damage. Complete with its original leather liner. Overall a nice original example of this scarce helmet.
