East German Border Sign – Item 84457

Interesting post war East German border sign. Black lettering on yellow board. Sign states in German “protective strip entry and driving prohibited”. Measures 59.5 x 42cm approximately.  The sign would have been displayed on areas surrounding the Check Point Charlie and Berlin Wall areas. An historically interesting souvenir of the break up of Germany post WWII.
